3. Cancellations & Refunds

Each tour provider has its own cancellation policy. Please review it before booking. Refunds are handled by the agency based on their policy.

You agree to use our platform honestly and provide accurate information. Fraudulent activity may result in suspension or termination.

All content on Gnalu.am is owned by us or our partners and may not be reused without permission.

Gnalu.am is not responsible for accidents, cancellations, or issues during tours. These are the sole responsibility of the tour providers.
