2. Bookings
All bookings are subject to agency confirmation. Prices, availability, and descriptions are provided by the agencies and may change without notice.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Each tour may have different cancellation rules. The Booking Page clearly states whether a tour is non-cancellable, or until what date it can be cancelled. If a tour is marked as non-cancellable, no cancellation or refund is possible. If a cancellation deadline is provided, you may cancel before that date and receive a refund to your original payment method. The organizer also has the right to cancel the tour at any time for various reasons. If the tour is cancelled by the organizer, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use our platform honestly and provide accurate information. Fraudulent activity may result in suspension or termination.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the "GNALU EM" LLC website is owned by us or our partners and may not be reused without permission.
6. Liability
"GNALU EM" LLC is not responsible for accidents, changes, or issues during tours. These remain the sole responsibility of the tour providers.
